Kay it doesn’t get much more delicious than liege waffles, but add some pumpkin, maple whipped cream, toasted pecans and caramel sauce and you have the most perfect fall food ever. Seriously these waffles are not for breakfast… although I pretty much eat them for every meal possible!

This version of pumpkin pancakes I am sharing today is a simple made from scratch recipe. What makes them especially amazing is after you pour the batter on the griddle, you sprinkle the pancakes with chopped pecans and a little brown sugar. Then when the get flipped, the brown sugar caramelizes with the pecans. Oh, I’m telling you, they are AMAZING!
