Lego Indiana Jones Birthday Invitation

P has been talking about his Lego Indiana Jones birthday party for MONTHS! Unlike B (who I couldn’t pin down on a theme) he has never wavered for a second. And while the invitations are done I’m still not sure what to do for a Lego Indiana Jones party. At least I’ll get some use out of my Lego mold again!

But what do you do with a bunch of 4-5 year old’s for Indiana Jones? I know what I could do with older kids… I’m hoping to borrow my Sister in Law’s bouncy house (how about it Kathy, I keep forgetting to call you!)

HI, HOW DID YOU MAKE THE INDIANA JONES LEGO INVITATIONS?

I used an image of an old map, added the cover art from the Lego Indiana Jones games into the corner, and used the Indiana Jones font for the title. I made them in Photoshop.

My party post is here. http://ashleemarie.com/lego-indiana-jones-birthday-party/ we did an adventure, the hill and ball, snake pit, crawling through a tunnel, etc… Then we did a find the pictures, images from the lego game hidden all over the yard for the kids to collect, whoever got all the images got a prize (since this was for young kids I had lots of prizes available.). I also made (and forgot to take a picture of) a “dig” site. I hid treasures inside plaster of paris and let the kids dig them out. The kid enjoyed it, but we had a few injuries. If I was going to do it again I’d make the plaster of paris thinner, and only do it with OLDER kids.

I thought it was super easy! Is it going to be a LEGO indiana jones party or an indiana jones party. There are TONS of party ideas on the web, just google, that’s what I do every time I plan a party. To get idea’s and inspiration!
