It’s the new year (crazy to think about) the time when most people (not me) switch from the rich holiday foods to healthier foods for meeting their new years goals (personally I eat rich food year round, clearly, but occasionally I do crave something lighter). For me that tends to be lighter soups and heavier salads (by that I mean salad’s with protein) because I rarely go fully over to what most people consider “healthy”.
So while I’m not a “healthy” blogger I do have a FEW recipes that fit the bill. AND the best part is I have a TON of amazing food blogging friends who are WAY healthier that I am, so I have over 30 recipes for you, anyone can find something in this collection they’ll love. Even I can’t wait to try a few (my veggie loving husband can’t wait)!
