thick cut bacon chopped

garlic minced

fresh grated parmesan cheese

salt and paper to taste

Instructions
bring a large pot of water to boil then cook pasta al dente according to the package directions
once you add the pasta start to cook the bacon in another pan, add the garlic just before the bacon finishes
beat eggs and 1/2 c Parmesan in small bowl
drain pasta saving 1 c water
quickly mix the pasta, bacon/garlic and 1/3 C pasta water (we don't want the pasta to cool too much)
pour the egg mixture over the warm pasta, stirring constantly, add salt and pepper to taste
Add more pasta water and/or more Parmesan to taste
