package German chocolate cake mix

Instructions
preheat the oven to 350
Mix 1/2 C evaporated milk, cake mix, butter and pecans in your
mixer
Press 2/3 dough in bottom of glass pan (9×13) cook for 6 mins.
While that's cooking melt the second 1/2 C milk and caramels in a medium saucepan over low heat.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over the cooked crust.
Pour the melted caramel over cooked crust.
Place the rest of dough on top cook 15-20 mins
