Sweet and Tangy Spinach Artichoke Dip

  • C MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • C full fat sour cream
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained, finely chopped
  • 9 oz frozen chopped spinach cooked, cooled and well drained
  • 1/2  tsp garlic powder
  • green onions thinly sliced
  • canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce chopped


  • Mix everything
  • Refrigerate for an hour
  • Serve with chips, crackers or tortilla's.
  • Also good on a crisp pizza crust, or with veggies like celery, carrots, cucumbers or zucchini
