Stuffed Greek Burger

Ingredients

Patties

  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1 lbs ground lamb
  • 1 lbs ground pork
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1 Tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp worcester sauce

Filling

  • 6 oz feta
  • 6 oz goat cheese
  • 1/2 C chopped spinach
  • 1/2 C grilled onions
  • 10 Kalamata olives chopped

Toppings

Instructions

  • Mix the ground meat until it's well incorporated
  • add all the patty spices and mix some more
  • Flatten out into 4 large flat patties (about 5-6 inches wide) and 4 smaller patties (about 3-4 inches wide)
  • Mix the fillings
  • Spread the filling about 1/4 inch thick onto the center of the large patties, leaving 1/2 inch edge.
  • Place the smaller patties on top and bring up the sides of the larger patty, pinching it closed.
  • Grill or cook the patties until they are cooked through
  • Cover with the toppings, serve and enjoy
