Cake Mix & Sprinkles Ice Cream

Again, I’m using a recipe I already have, my go to ice cream recipe, and added cake mix and sprinkles! It doesn’t get any easier than this recipe, no eggs, no cooking, just mix and pour into your machine! I have a Cuisinart ice cream machine I got from my mom a few Christmases ago, I use it ALL the time and totally love it! Best gift ever!

cake mix and sprinkles easy ice cream, I can't tell you how delicious this cake batter ice cream is

Cake Batter & Sprinkles Ice Cream
Recipe type: Dessert
Cuisine: American
  1. Mix all the ingredients until the sugar and cake mix is dissolved (I let it sit in the fridge, mixing every so often for about 15 mins.)
  2. Pour into your machine and run for about 30 minx.
  3. The last 5 mins add sprinkles.
  4. Freeze the ice cream 4 hours or overnight.
  5. You CAN eat it right away, but it will be very soft.
  6. For serving at a party like this you'll want to make sure it's frozen overnight to harden.

This amazing cake mix and sprinkles is delicious by itself and is even better when you add chunks cake to it as well!

It’s one of my kids favorite ice creams It’s super fast to make and I love it.  I think I want to try it with chocolate cake mix, or maybe German chocolate cake mix.  Maybe next time I’ll add little cake pieces…  Or some ribbons of  buttercream?
